Every band member has the right. Now here is how.
Muskeg Lake Cree Nation offers financial support so eligible students can pursue college, university, and trades training. This site is the Post-Secondary Sub-Office: its own office within the Nation, run by your counsellor, with its own phone, its own inbox, and one job. Getting members through school.

Schools
Funding follows you to the school
Any recognized post-secondary or trades program qualifies: University of Saskatchewan, Sask Polytechnic, SIIT, First Nations University, Gabriel Dumont, and more. If yours is not listed, call before you assume it does not count.
Habits
One form, then two habits
No portal to fight with and no quarterly paperwork. A two minute declaration each month and your marks at the end of term. That is all of it. Miss the declaration and your next payment holds until it comes in.
Counsellor
A person, not a portal
Your counsellor answers the phone. If she misses you, she calls back. If a term went badly, call before it ends, not after. One person reads your file from application through to graduation. Same name, same number, every term.

If the answer is no
A decision is a conversation, not a door closing.
Most refusals come down to a document that never arrived or a program that needs a second look. A phone call is usually faster than any form, and if it goes further than a phone call, there is a process for that too.
- Call firstAsk what the file was missing. This settles most of them on the spot.
- Ask for a reviewIf the call does not settle it, say you want the decision reviewed. The office gives you the form and the timeline.
- It gets heardYour file goes in front of someone who did not make the first decision, and you hear back either way.
